The gym is situated directly opposite Manning Stainton Estate Agents on Lidget Hill and the entrance to the gym is next to the 'Pizza House'.
On entering the gym, please go up the stairs and turn right to the reception desk. There will be someone there to direct you to the treatment waiting area.
There is ample parking in the big
public car-park behind the building, or a few spaces in front of the gym.
